Khalif Mumin, 22, of Philadelphia, was charged for urinating and spitting on the woman before punching her in the back of the head at 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2, the affidavit states.
Mumin showed up at the woman's home in the 100 block of North 3rd Street in Telford — a residence he wasn't permitted in per the terms of his parole — at 11:30 p.m. the night before and got into bed with her, according to the affidavit.
The next morning at 6 a.m., the woman asked Mumin to leave because she had some friends coming over, the affidavit states. When she returned with a child in tow a few hours later, he was still there lying naked in the bed and refused to leave.
He then threatened to stab the woman if she let her friends come to the house, according to the affidavit.
When the friends arrived, they could hear arguing coming from inside and could see Mumin standing naked arguing with the woman through a picture window at the front of the home, the affidavit states. That's when they saw Mumin urinate on the woman, spit on her, and then punch her in the back of the head.
This was all done while the child was present, according to the affidavit.
After the woman and her friends attempted to get Mumin to leave, he fled the area on foot before police arrived, the affidavit states.
Mumin was eventually arrested and charged on Saturday, Oct. 26 with:
- Burglary.
- Criminal Trespass.
- Indecent Assault without Consent.
- Endangering the Welfare of Children.
- Corruption of Minors.
- Simple Assault.
- Indecent Exposure.
- Defiant Trespass.
- Harassment.
- Open Lewdness.
He's being held in Montgomery County Prison on $25,077 bail, according to court documents. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 13.
Mumin pleaded guilty to terrorist threats charges in July 2023, according to court records. He was sentenced to two years of probation.
While he was in court for the Terroristic Threats charges, he also pleaded guilty to Simple Assault charges from a June 2022 incident, court documents state. He was sentenced to 37 days to 23 months in prison.
